Payroll and statutory outsourcing

Get payroll wrong once and trust takes the hit. It is repetitive, fiddly and unforgiving — which makes it the single best thing to hand over.

What is included

Why hand it over

What you save is not only time — it is exposure

Payroll and statutory administration in Taiwan is full of detail: when insurance brackets must be adjusted, what counts as the base for overtime, how unused annual leave is converted, the threshold for supplementary health premiums. The rules change, and missing one can mean back-payments, fines and a loss of trust with staff.

In companies without dedicated HR this work usually lands on someone in accounting or admin — a corner of the business nobody is confident about and nobody is allowed to get wrong. Handing it over is one of the easiest outsourcing decisions to justify.

When this fits

  • You are growing but do not yet have dedicated HR
  • Payroll currently sits with accounting — or with you
  • You run shifts, overtime or several different pay structures
  • Staff have queried their pay, or you have had to recalculate
  • You are a foreign company setting up in Taiwan and need local compliance handled
FAQ

About payroll outsourcing

Payroll data is highly sensitive and handled under our Singapore parent's data governance rules: restricted access, encrypted transfer, defined retention periods, with confidentiality obligations and consequences written into the contract.
It depends on how complete your current records are. Typically we go live in the following payroll cycle once data is in hand — running the first month in parallel with your existing process and reconciling before taking over fully.
A monthly fee based on headcount and scope. Small companies with simple structures cost less; shift patterns, multiple pay groups and complex bonus schemes are priced separately. Quotes are itemised.
