To be clear: HiReKing is engaged by employers to fill specific roles, so the opportunities we can offer depend on our current assignments. We do not forward CVs, and nothing is sent anywhere without your agreement.
What you can expect from us
Your data is governed, and you know where it goes
We ask you before your details go to any company, for any role. Under our Singapore parent's rules, the purpose, scope and retention period for your data are defined — and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
You talk to a consultant, not a database
Our consultants came from Taiwan's leading search firms and understand your technical background. The conversation is about whether the move makes sense for you — not a recital of the job requirements.
Straight information about the role
Shift patterns, overtime intensity, the state of the team and why the role is open — we tell you what we know. A surprise after you start serves neither of us.
We will tell you when it is not a fit
If there is a real gap between your profile and the role, we say so and explain why — rather than sending you to an interview and spending your leave on a long shot.
What we can and cannot do for you
A search firm is not a job-application service. Our assignments come from employers, so the opportunities we have are those roles — and if nothing current fits you, no CV, however strong, changes that.
That does not make it pointless to talk to us. We keep your details on file and get in touch when something fits.
